REAL Madrid muncul Juara Piala Super Sepanyol 2012 menerusi kelebihan gol tempat lawan selepas menewaskan musuh ketat mereka, Barcelona 2-1 di Santiago Bernabeu awal pagi tadi.

Kedua-dua pasukan terikat agregat 4-4 namun dua gol yang dijaringkan Real Madrid di Nou Camp minggu lalu membolehkan mereka muncul juara.

Real Madrid beat Barcelona 2-1 in the second leg of the Spanish Supercopa to triumph on away goals, after coming into the game 3-2 down from the first encounter.

An action-packed first half saw Gonzalo Higuain and Cristiano Ronaldo put Real into a two-goal lead after just 20 minutes, before Barcelona were reduced to ten men when Adriano saw red for a challenge on Ronaldo that prevented the Portuguese a clear scoring opportunity.
